If ZERO stars was available, I would put it. My children and I need medical transport to distant Doctors for professional care, being we live rural. I specifically told them that the other transportation providers they use, are very unreliable! They have left my kids and myself stranded for over 6hrs in 115°F weather! My youngest son was on heavy medications at the time, that could have killed him! I ended up finding a taxi and owing the driver until I got paid, just to get home! This review is strictly for the insane 1000+ page provider book I was sent upon signing up for CA Health and Wellness. It's literally a directory of every provider in the state. 99% of it is irrelevant to me, and will be irrelevant to anyone sent this monstrosity of a book. And it is updated regularly. I don't even want to begin to think about how much paper is wasted and immediately thrown in the garbage because this book serves no purpose, only waste.
