We had them install our wood floors. We were not satisfied with the installation. The owner came what we were unhappy about. He said he would make it right. We'll, that was over 2 months ago and we haven't heard a word from him. So, we paid a lot of money for cheap installation. Not a happy customer at all.

terrible harmful place of business. it needs to be shut down. employees were very careless with my floors, i got a cockroach infestation after they left, and my floors were scuffed and scratched. wouldn’t let my worst enemy shop with this establishment.
I waited a month before writing this review because although working with Mr Todd and his team was a smooth and lovely experience, and the floors looked beautiful at completion of the job, one of the things I was most concerned about was durability so I wanted to have a fair assessment to share.
