We had them install our wood floors. We were not satisfied with the installation. The owner came to see what we were unhappy about. He said he would make it right. We'll, that was over 2 months ago and we haven't heard a word from him. So, we paid a lot of money for cheap installation. Not a happy customer at all. Been over 2 years now, and nothing has been done to fix our floors. We just have to live with this awful craftsmanship:(

I had a great experience with Todd and his crew. Todd is really knowledgeable. He helped us to find matching wood for our floor! They did an excellent job and the floor is great! Todd installed my wood floors over 20 years ago. I just had them sanded and refinished and they are gorgeous. They look brand new. His workmanship is first class. He made sure everything was just as I wanted it. I highly recommend this company.
