I got a referral from the urgent care I went to and was able to get an appointment two weeks out—this was not a problem for me since the issue I was experiencing was not needing immediate attention. Within a few minutes of talking to me and examining my hand, Dr. Pertsch was able to figure out what was wrong (ganglion cyst) and did a quick procedure to remove it without needing to do a complicated surgery. On top of the insurance fraud, they're terrible people. Claiming we never paid them when I personally wrote a check for over $800 isn't too smart, but telling the insurance company that...well that's just fraud.

Run, run, run in the other direction! Do not get services at this place. The doctor was a lovely and competent physician. However, for literally two years we have been fighting with the billing department at his practice to get our bill resolved. First when we booked the emergency surgery we confirmed with the office that they were in network for our PPO.
