Came to the car wash and was greeted by a great employee, the waiting area was one of the best I have ever seen they have popcorn candy and even lemonade. The wait wasn’t too long and the work on the car was amazing before my car was looking like a mess but after it was absolutely spotless I would definitely recommend going here and I will definitely be here again.
Really a big fan of this place. Have had a membership for a while and have used everything from their standard wash service to detailing to ceramic coating. I have been very happy with every service. In the rare instance something hasn’t been perfect, the management ALWAYS engages and has addressed any concern.
I was very impressed with California Hand Wash during my first visit. Unfortunately, my last two visits have fallen short. On my most recent visit, the doors and door jambs were not cleaned, and the carpets were only partially vacuumed. When I pointed out some of the missed areas, the employee who brought me my car was polite and apologetic.
