i just recently canceled my membership due to the fact that the carpet under my seat seats were never vacuumed, and I had to remind them each time. I brought my truck in to get it cleaned.

I chose this car wash because the prices listed online appeared reasonable, and the location was very convenient. I asked my husband to take my car in for cleaning. Upon arrival, the staff informed him that my vehicle was considered “too dirty” and required a $100 charge for cleaning. This was unexpected, as the online pricing did not indicate any on-site price adjustments. The $100 fee covered interior and exterior cleaning only and did not include waxing.
