I took my truck in for a full wash and was honestly disappointed with the result. When they handed it back, it still had exterior stains that I was able to wipe off myself just by running my finger over them — which doesn’t make sense if they’d actually used the right products and cloths. Inside, there was still lint and debris that should have been cleaned out. It feels like they didn’t put real care into the job. I expected better for what I paid.

This place is ridiculous. Went in to get a car wash. Got my car back, noticed the windshield was cracked. Brand new car by the way. Before I even left the lot, I told them that there wasnt a chip there before. The reply I received was “Im the general manager, we can’t do anything about that” Also they are horrible at cleaning cars. I had to ask them 3 times to clean my driver side window because it was still dirty. My mirrors are still dirty as well; watermarks everywhere. Absolutely unacceptable experience at California Wash on Hamilton Mill Road. What used to be a normal, fair system has now turned into a manipulative setup. Even if you’re already waiting in line, people with memberships are allowed to cut in front of you. So basically, if you don’t have a membership, you’re treated like you don’t matter. It feels like a deliberate strategy to pressure customers into buying a membership. You end up waiting 1 to 1.5 hours (sometimes longer), while watching others skip ahead. ​Very professional and excellent service. I’m always satisfied with the results. The waiting area has a great atmosphere, making the stay very pleasant. It's definitely my go-to place for a hand wash.

The amount of times I have used this place and have had to go back to have them “finish” what they missed is just ridiculous. Went today, paid $60 plus gave them a tip and left without going over it because I was in a rush, mistake. They did not even attempt to sweep in between my seats, left stuff all over the bottom of the drivers door, and left mud on my flaps behind my tires. Yes, it’s My fault for not checking it but the amount of times this has happened and their continued apologies are just ridiculous.
