Absolutely unacceptable experience at California Wash on Hamilton Mill Road. What used to be a normal, fair system has now turned into a manipulative setup. Even if you’re already waiting in line, people with memberships are allowed to cut in front of you. So basically, if you don’t have a membership, you’re treated like you don’t matter. I chose this car wash because the prices listed online appeared reasonable, and the location was very convenient. I asked my husband to take my car in for cleaning. Upon arrival, the staff informed him that my vehicle was considered “too dirty” and required a $100 charge for cleaning. This was unexpected, as the online pricing did not indicate any on-site price adjustments. The $100 fee covered interior and exterior cleaning only and did not include waxing. ​Very professional and excellent service. I’m always satisfied with the results. The waiting area has a great atmosphere, making the stay very pleasant. It's definitely my go-to place for a hand wash.

Excellent service and outstanding attention! I had an amazing experience at this car wash thanks to Zach. From the moment I arrived, he was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to explain the process, made sure my car was handled with care, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results. The amount of times I have used this place and have had to go back to have them “finish” what they missed is just ridiculous. Went today, paid $60 plus gave them a tip and left without going over it because I was in a rush, mistake. They did not even attempt to sweep in between my seats, left stuff all over the bottom of the drivers door, and left mud on my flaps behind my tires. Yes, it’s My fault for not checking it but the amount of times this has happened and their continued apologies are just ridiculous.
