I agree, customer service is great, but management is very poor. They charge whatever they want and if you dont spend \$500 they dont care at all. It seems that they dont depend on customers anymore. Prices increase every year too. We never received a thank you note, only several letters that they increase their prices. Poooooorrrr!!!!!!!

the employees are the best but management is awful they dont care about their employees nor the customers if you willing to spend 500 bucks u may be OK if not fly off some were else its all about the money not customer service,trilogy,Berlin.or caliber will be better since they dont have those absurd minimum to buy..............
