If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Avoid this facility if you expect professionalism, clear communication, and fair treatment. I arrived at 10:45 a.m. and completed the check-in process. The employee directed me to another door for further procedures. When I went there, I was informed that they were on break from 11:00 to 11:30 a.m. During that time, they inspected my documents and trailer, took pictures, and clearly assigned me Door 6. Check in 1445. Door 1850. Check out 1950. Very slow loading. They regularly book loads for which they DON'T have the product. Trucks are sitting for a whole day waiting to be loaded.
They take long time to loading. 4 to 6 Hours
