It was supposed to be a simple family lunch. I came in with my pregnant wife (7 months) and my 2-year-old son, expecting a comfortable and respectful experience. We were part of a group of eight, and despite arriving together, the service we received was extremely unprofessional. A staff member named Mike handled the situation very poorly.
