I liked it better when it was Rubio's! California Fish Grill is a joke. It just doesn't seem like a place to eat fish. Read on. The decor attempts to be modern but feels too commercial and 'cold'...for a dine-in place. The kiosk ordering system makes the place feel unwelcome. How hard is it to have a human take my order? Sad! Good food, stuff was very kind, helpful and attentive
I placed order online for pick up. For lunch very disappointed. The fish was over battered and undercooked on inside the fries were horrendous. I spoke with someone in store about my dissatisfaction when I returned to work. I received a store credit, (although I doubt that I will take advantage, if I have to use it for this restrurant.) The restaurant is located on the corner of major cross streets facing the street. (No avail parking on street). Parking in back of huge plaza with many busy stores. The only place I’ve been to that has amazing service and food. Customer service was top tier and everything!!!! For sure coming back here
