I liked it better when it was Rubio's! California Fish Grill is a joke. It just doesn't seem like a place to eat fish. Read on. The decor attempts to be modern but feels too commercial and 'cold'...for a dine-in place. The kiosk ordering system makes the place feel unwelcome. How hard is it to have a human take my order? Sad!
