I've been ordering from Fish for a long time. Usually the food And service is great. Tonight however it was not. When I place to go order I had to repeat everything twice to the guy who took the order. When I bought the order home one item was missing although I was not charged for it. I was disappointed that the catfish has been discontinued. I substituted grilled salmon. The fish was cooked And appeared to be smashed on the grill and was very dry. I could not finish it.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Fish Grill since they opened, but in the past couple of months, the customer service has really declined. My last visit, I waited far too long for my pickup order. When I asked if my food was ready, I was told no, only to find out it had been sitting there the whole time. The staff was dismissive and didn’t even acknowledge me waiting. I love the food, but the service needs serious improvement
Great, healthy food at a good price! Lots of variety to please everyone!
