Absolutely terrible experience at California Fish Grill Northridge, CA. Tables are almost never clean, and food from previous customers often sits around forever before being picked up. Floors are dirty, bathrooms are disgusting, and there’s even a leak from the ceiling. The blinds do nothing to block the blinding sun all day. Half the staff roll their eyes, give dirty looks, and don’t even bother saying hello. Awful Experience from Management Down Maurice, the so-called manager at CFG, is one of the most unpleasant and fake people I’ve ever met. Tries to act polite but is dry, cold, and completely unwelcoming. No real leadership or people skills — just fake smiles and attitude. His assistant Jeymi makes things even worse — rude, dismissive, fake, unkind, and a total liar. She treats customers like an inconvenience instead of guests. She runs the floor like a master conductor — solving problems, making customers happy, and keeping the team motivated during even the craziest dinner rush.
