I come here fairly frequently for over a year from 2023-to now, heres my experience: -On the phone staff is ok -In person, nursing staff, and staff in general, tend to speak in a condescending tone if you ask more than 2 questions. -Staff is apathetic, have caught them rolling their eyes at others, including myself. -Ive had this facility call 911 and send an ambulance to come get me, whilst i was at their facility once, the responding ambulance crew said my bloodpressure was 178/95, yet the staff at the WHS Family Medicine ... read more
The young "girls" in this office have a great deal of growing up to do. Lacey Alston simply sends me to other doctors. She has no clue on how to treat even a sore throat. This office needs an actual doctor in there to get things done. Lacey is my "PCP" NOT !! She is only a nurse practitioner. I would recommend trying for yourself before going off of other reviews. I have been a patient here for many years and have recently transferred to Dr. Lacey! She is hands down the nicest doctor I have ever had. Truly cares when a situation is urgent and gets it taken care of. Have never had a problem getting in, getting my prescriptions refilled or getting my health taken care of.

Rude staff, nurses dont know how to take a blood pressure, treat patients like garbage, avoid this poorly managed facility.
