Rude staff, nurses dont know how to take a blood pressure, treat patients like garbage, avoid this poorly managed facility.
I come here fairly frequently for over a year from 2023-to now, heres my experience: -On the phone staff is ok -In person, nursing staff, and staff in general, i tend to speak in a condescending tone if you ask more than 2 questions. -Staff is apathetic, hace caught them rolling their eyes at others, including myself. -Ive had this facility call 911 and send an ambulance to come get, whilst i was at their facility once, the responding ambulance crew said my bloodpressure was 178/95, yet the staff for the WHS Family Medicine ... read more
I have been a patient with this practice for the last four years. I was very pleased with my doctor there who was caring and took the time to listen. Unfortunately, that doctor as well as other doctors have left the practice. Now, every time I go there, I'm seen by a different person. They don't seem to be able to keep doctors for long. New patient. Had Rebecca, she was easy to talk to, didn't rush, and was very knowledgeable in all my questions and concerns. She also made me feel comfortable to the point of not feeling like just a number. Wish I would've switched here sooner. Update: Still a very satisfied. I could have a simple checkup, but Rebecca always takes time to ask if anything else is going on.
I finally felt that I had found a good PCP close to home. I did but then she left to go north with her family. So...they leave a very young and irresponsible nurse practitioner in charge...NOT a doctor. A nurse practitioner. Very bad mistake. Lacey Alston's favorite word is NO. She makes a sick person's life much more stressful. They should have closed the office until an actual PCP was found. She should not be in charge of anything. A real doctor's mantra is TO DO NO HARM.
