Unethical billing. Dirty. Equipment always broken.
I needed a convenient gym with a 25 meter swimming pool and they are inexpensive. The staff seem nice. The facility appears well maintained and clean.
I've been coming here for years and it has gone downhill, especially since the ownership change. There is no longer child care offered at many of the Sacramento locations. Equipment is outdated and there are always a few machines broken. The pool shuts down randomly without notice, and when it is open often has one lane taken up by swim lessons at popular times. Meanwhile membership fees have only increased. The only draws are the location and the pool.
Awesome location! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Place is clean. And other members are dedicated to keeping place in good shape.
