HORRIBLE! I would not choose this practice, except it's the only one my HMO authorizes. They routinely overbook appointments resulting in excessive wait times. They emphasize quantity over quality and practitioners do not have enough time to properly care and treat patients. There are insufficient MD-level specialists to server their clients. AVOID!!! I've observed blatant HIPPA violations in the Glendale office.
RecommendedThe staff and providers are knowledgable and I love the fact they have all ophthalmic specialties available in house. I wouldn't take my family or recommend anywhere else for all your eye needs 😎
Dr. Shelton is a wonderful eye doctor. He knows his business and is very kind and knowledgeable.. We wouldn't go to anyone else!
Totally sucks. It's like a cattle call. Been waiting an hour! I'll never come back.
