HORRIBLE vision center ordered glasses on 5/09 and was told 15 days to deliver and at the end of May told lenses were lost and was offered a pair of sunglasses at a reduced cost. Middle of June was told the new lenses were cut too small for the frames. 50 days after the order I'm told the original order has arrived and no sunglasses. Lots of excuses and would not recommend using the Hemet vision center.

This place is amazing. My wife has been coming here for 18 years, great service all the time. But today, wow. She had to get distance glasses for the first time, and the amount of time and care spent on helping her select them was amazing. Victoria deserves a big time raise.

I did not feel heard by these doctors and a number of their staff members, over several appointments, were rude and dismissive. The receptionist at the very front however was always very sweet and helpful. Problem: I was told, over several appointments, that I was not yet a candidate for cataract surgery. Yet my previous eye doctors told me I certainly was and in 2025 they gave me a test that proved I absolutely AM a candidate, and I am past due in fact for cataract surgery.
