They don’t care about patients! Just wasting time!
Eight years ago, our boys had eye surgery with Dr. Kurteeva, and the results have been incredible. Today, they enjoy perfect vision and no longer need glasses. We are so grateful for the care, skill, and kindness shown throughout the process—it truly changed their lives. Now, our whole family goes to Dr. Kurteeva. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work, completely dedicated to her patients and their well-being.
Horrible experience. My mom was worked in as a self-pay for urgent shingles in her eye. Dr. Kurteeva rushed in, spent maybe 2 minutes with her, didn’t do a full exam, and barely let us ask questions. Prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, and when we finally got it, the dosage was wrong — confirmed later by her primary doctor, which delayed recovery. 0/5 stars. We paid $160 out of pocket to see Katerina the same day for an urgency and she was rushing the entire 5 minutes she spent with us. She said another doctor gave us the incorrect dose for a medication when she was the one who sent the incorrect dose, she cut it by half! This delayed my mothers healing. Then they send the prescription to the incorrect location after I write down the address. It was a waste of time and money. I would never recommend her or return.
