I hired this company for roofing work at my home. During the project - before final completion and inspection - I observed several areas that raised workmanship concerns, including interior roof decking condition visible from inside the garage and exterior trim/fascia areas near the eaves by the kitchen back door. Great family company highly recommended we were able to get a brand new roof at a great price and the crew was very professional finished the new roof a head of schedule and the communication with Gilbert and Andrey was hands on from start to finish.
Gilbert is amazing person to talked to on the phone. Never thought a sale approach over the phone would win me over. Afterwards I had the pleasure to speak meet his brother. He great to talked to until. The day I made my decision to go with them. I did not appreciate the comments or the statement of telling me that I might be lying to him. At that point that’s when I stop talking to him. And decided to move on with a different contractor. Thank you so much for friendly service.
Gilbert went beyond the scope of roof replacement. Very helpful and sent me pictures and videos of the progress of work. Price is very competitive. He is trustworthy and I highly recommend him.
HVAC unit worked very well for approx. 3 yrs. Gil said "there's no warrenty" so " call a repairman". I called again. He said "we talked about this. Call repairman. There is no warrenty on the unit." I presumed all units came with warrentys especially when they cost so much and you pay on them for years!! I still have years to pay on a unit that didn't last even 5 years!! Ask questions when dealing with this company & ceo!! Don't get cheated like I did!!
