Excellent and timely service. The person taking and dispatching service people is excellent, very professional. Unfortunately, our TV was beyond repair and the service guy took it with him for recycling - normally a headache for the owner- I very much appreciative of that service.
They sounded nice, but would not give a simple quote over the phone?
I highly recommend this business. They answer the phone. They keep you updated on repairs and they keep your appointment times. They go out of their way for you.
