I really enjoy the text to order set up that they have. makes it really easy to pick up my orders with out waiting in line. I also really enjoy the counter guys as well AND the two drivers that they have MULTIPLE TIMES went above and beyond to place my orders in the exact location I requested.
I was frustrated about a light bulb that I was looking to change, but fortunately I stumbled into heaven on earth at ces. I walked in and was immediately greeted by multiple counter employees. This instantly brightened my mood and made me feel like I was at home. The customer service I received from Trevor and Max was absolutely AAA+. In fact I wish there was a letter that came before A so I could express how good the service was.
