These folks are exceedingly competent! Not to mention friendly. I have found it so difficult to find such people! I honestly feel great relief now that I have this resource!Â
Kent of California Ebike has been an incredible resource through diy 2 mid drive ebike builds. So responsive, trust worthy, thoughtful & ingenious. I only wish that I could give more than 5 stars. I even gave him extra money twice, despite my extremely tight budget & will give more when I can afford to (not that he would ever ask for or demand it).Â
I ordered something and was unable to contact them for a confirmation which gave me an uneasy feeling and prompted me to have the transaction canceled with my CC company. The owner contacted me afterwards and apologized for the lack of communication. While the transaction could use improve meant the owner seemed genuine in his apology. Would consider them for future needs for sure.Â
Wish I had found the other reviews before ordering. No confirmation email, no response to emails on site, no one answers the phone. DO NOT useÂ
Placed an online order for a small replacement part with priority mail, it took them nearly 5 days to ship the item, it isn't even the tardiness that aggravates me, it's that they didn't respond to 2 of my emails and a voicemail, completely ignored me. Not recommending them to anyone, there are other stores that care more about their online customers, let alone their overall reputation.Â
