They are courteous and professional. Had the fuel pump replaced in my 96 F250 7.3 and they did the work for the exact time quoted. Unfortunately it had a small fuel leak when I left it idling. Took it back in and they fixed for free. Never tried to upsell me or make an excuse why the leak was my fault. Would recommend anyone take their vehicle there. Thank you.
Went in for fuel injector removal quoted an hour. Apparently they couldn’t take it out don’t know if they had injector pullers wanted to charge me for lube. Guess it was too hard for them. They are good for perfect easy fixes other than that you will be charged and hear excuses. Sometimes the job takes a little more effort. Now the owner went from blaming to lying.
