Victor responded immediately to my HomeAdvisor/Angi’s List inquiry. He asked the right questions about the job and we made an appointment for an estimate. He was prompt in arriving to Oxnard @ 9:00 am on a Wednesday from Chatsworth (which I did not learn until he got here). After his extremely fair estimate, he was able to do the job on the spot.
