All the staff were awesome, kind and caring.
You have to clarify that you want to see a dermatologist or your appointment is made with an assistant. I understand that majority of issues can be handled by an assistant but when I am paying for a dermatologist I would like to see a dermatologist!
I was in to see Dr. Ting but got his assistant Yonna instead. She was absolutely amazing. So kind and attentive. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions, and not in a manner that she was trying to rid of me, but rather inform me. This will be my dermatologist from now on. Thank you Yonna!
