Extremely Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience I had a dentist appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM today with Dr. Quinto. I even arrived early, planning my day ahead of time and accounting for the rain. After sitting and waiting, I wasn’t informed until 9:40 AM that Dr. Quinto wouldn’t be in until after 10am . The staff mentioned the rain was the reason for the delay — but if every other employee managed to arrive on time, it’s hard to understand why the main doctor couldn’t plan accordingly.
