Bad customer service, lady didnt hear what she wanted and took it upon her to say nah let me just hang up i wont waste my time listening to anything the customer is looking for
I had one of the worst customer service experiences with California Deluxe at a recent fair. When I first stopped by their booth (three hours before closing), it was empty. I asked nearby vendors about the vendors whereabouts and they informed me that the representative often abandons the booth for hours at a time or doesn’t show up at all. This company is a fraud they say that they will not break any stucco they did not. but they put molding to cover the wall opening and there molding is peeling off when we call them to take care of it they blamed other people for it I have the pictures to prove it
They don't work with contractors.
