CDW provided excellent service and quality new windows to my parents who had all the original windows in their home replaced after over 50 years. Considering the size of their slider (enormous)and that all of the other windows had to be ordered custom, it is amazing how seamless the windows look! Absolutely master class from CDW! We had a new slider installed to replace a botched DIY job from the previous homeowner and the CDW team absolutely knocked it out of the park!! Not honest company they have amazing service before installation, any thing after installation is bad service, I did install the kitchen window I’m not happy, is keep leaking, every time I’m calling they don’t answer. Pay one or tow more grands go with known Company, Amircan company and management they are more loyal and honest.
While my initial experience with the company was positive, I was ultimately disappointed by the sales tactics used after I declined their quote. After informing their automated system and my sales representative, Raymond, that the price exceeded my budget, I was contacted by a manager. This manager attempted to pivot me to a 'sister company' for a discount, but when I explained that their pricing still wasn't competitive with other bids I’d received, the conversation became unprofessional.
