This company is a fraud they say that they will not break any stucco they did not. but they put molding to cover the wall opening and there molding is peeling off when we call them to take care of it they blamed other people for it I have the pictures to prove it
They don't work with contractors.
We have had our CDW windows for 17 years and one of our windows had a mechanism failure. Two service men came out ahead of their scheduled time and not only did they fix the mechanism failure of that window, but also answered some questions and fixed an issue we had with 2 other windows, which was not part of the scheduled service report, they were just willing to help. Terrible customer service. Waited two weeks for an in warranty repair, then waited two hours and they never showed. Over a week has gone by, no call to r/s. I left a message for Dennis (manager) but never heard back. Something to consider if you ever have an issue.
