We were referred to Adam by our home inspector to take a look at some water that was pooling on the flat roof/deck portion of the home. Adam was super responsive and told us he could come take a look within 48 hours. Loved that he was able to get us on the schedule so quickly! He unclogged the drain within 15 minutes of being at the home and gave us clear advice on how we could prevent the drain from clogging in the future. Would highly recommend Adam and California Deck Company in the future!
After looking at the deck Adam said he would have an estimate prepared. After a week I called him, he said he would have it out in a day, waited two days, no estimate called again. He said he had sent it, I gave him both of my emails and asked him to send it again. Never did receive it. I called him three more times and left messages, never did hear from him. I have to wonder how reliable his work is when he can't even complete an estimate, and doesn't return clients phone calls.
Wow! I've got to say thanks to Adam Jones for helping me out. I've been going crazy trying to find a solution to my problem with finding the right product and process to repair a fiberglass residential wooden deck. Had he not taking the time to reach out to me, I'd still be stuck. He seriously knows his stuff and from the looks of it, his quality is superior. I recommend California Deck Coatings to anyone who wants it done right.
