I use Fernando for my haircuts, and I always get a high-quality cut at a very reasonable price. I'm not there long enough to care about the decor, but it's hardly ugly. The service has always been excellent, Fernando has fit me in when I've needed to and everyone has been friendly and helpful. I can't ask for more for a well-performed $15 haircut
I went to get a trim, and the hairstylist was rude. She didn't appear to like working there, and she did not do a good job trimming my hair. Also, when I went to pay, she got into an argument with her manager in front of me about something unrelated to me. The price is good for a trim, but I would definitely not want to have that hairstylist again, if I ever go back. I would rather go to Supercuts or the Hair Cuttery; they are about the same price and much better with customer service.
