Simple, smooth experience
Bad experience. They had my boat for a month atleast. Every time i called they couldn't provide any answers and every time told me i would receive a call by the end of the day. Never once did i receive a call back. That happened atleast 5 times. I called a final time and they still had no answers. I took the boat to chris' marine and within a couple days i had a diagnosis. I dont feel like california customs even looked at my boat thoroughly because chris at the other place removed a cover and seen the stern drive was broken... read more

From the sales staff ( Tabitha & CJ) the parts expert, the mechanic I talked to and especially the General Manager Ryan this was a great experience. It’s the week of July 4th and every customer was wanting their boat or water craft for the weekend! Ryan gave me his word (I didn’t think it would happen) but it actually did. Definitely a 5 star experience ! I’m a customer for life!
