Writing this review as I am currently waiting to get my deposit back. We put our deposit down on 03/28 and have been ghosted by the company. I have called numerous times and sent numerous emails. I did get ahold of them once to which I was told” we’ll be out shortly” I understand online further out, but if that was an issue it should have been discussed prior to accepting our deposit. I requested cancellation and still have not received our deposit back despite daily emails and phone calls. Use at your own risk

California Custom Iron transformed my stairs by creating a beautiful modern wrought iron stair railing to replace my outdated wood one. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. They were the only company in the area that could create what I wanted. They are extremely professional, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. For example, when I stained the walnut hand rail as a dyi, they came out free of charge, to clean off some of the residue from my mess. You cannot go wrong with this company.

I ordered a spiral stair and it was beyond of what I expected, the quality and the design were really beautiful. In addition, the project coordinator and the team were very kind, professional and responsable. I am very satisfied with the results, I totally recommend their products and them as a company.
