I have been consistently disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by the employees at this branch. Frankly, the only person who seems to grasp how to "get the job done" is Andy, the branch manager. Other than him, every employee I've dealt with has been utterly subpar. My experience with an employee named Braca was particularly frustrating and highlighted the incompetence here. I ordered a business debit card on 11/14. I was just in line with these guys and while I had to wait a little bit, they were dealing with a really difficult customer who was making a scene and causing us and everybody handled it really well who worked there!

Love coming to this Location! Brisa Alaniz is always very efficient and a pleasure to talk to. You can also tell that her manager Genevieve really cares about her clients and staff. I always bring my parents to this location because I know Brisa is bilingual. My parents are Spanish speakers so she is able to help them out with anything they need. Thank you California Credit Union of Torrance Keep giving the best customer service ever !
