0/10. Don't trust the yelp reviews, the manager flags anything she can't respond to with a generic coopropate answer. Terrible service, terrible management and from what I've heard, even worse treatment of its employees.
Does not treat it's employees well. Constant turn over, poor management. Only 2 bank tellers (if they can keep one hired) For the hassle they put internal and external customers through, you're better off opening an account at a big bank. Also, they advertise themselves as a non profit, for the community and unionized. What they fail to disclose the poor pay for employees, no opportunity for growth & contract negotiations that ONLY benefit the higher-ups. 0/10 would not recommend.
Just opened up an account here. I’m very happy with the service I received. Looking forward to doing business here. Maria is very friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
Their atm has been out for a month!!!
