Naithan and his crew did a perfect job repairing my truck’s deep front fender scratch. They finished the job when they said they would and helped me with my rental car as well. Definitely recommend them for body repair work.
Very disappointing experience, mainly due to management. Poor communication, constant delays, no clear answers or timelines. Management showed zero accountability and treated concerns as if they were the customer’s fault. When problems were raised, responsibility was denied instead of addressed. Unprofessional attitude and lack of respect. I regret choosing this shop. Be very cautious, especially if something goes wrong.

Naithan and the team at the California Collision Center did a great job making the rear of the car look good as new after we were rear ended. I've had collision work done on other cars in the past at other shops, but it never looked as good as it did before the accident. Based on their work, I've since brought the car back to have the roof refinished (unrelated to the accident and previous work) as it had started to blister and peel from all of the years in the sun, and they knocked it out again. I came to California Collision for repairs to be made for my car and I was extremely satisfied with the service I was given. The quality of repairs were outstanding and it was done very quickly.
