Naithan and his crew did a perfect job repairing my truck’s deep front fender scratch. They finished the job when they said they would and helped me with my rental car as well. Definitely recommend them for body repair work.
Very disappointing experience, mainly due to management. Poor communication, constant delays, no clear answers or timelines. Management showed zero accountability and treated concerns as if they were the customer’s fault. When problems were raised, responsibility was denied instead of addressed. Unprofessional attitude and lack of respect. I regret choosing this shop. Be very cautious, especially if something goes wrong.
Horrible place. Slow service, expensive, and completely irresponsible. I really regret going to them.
Nathan was super helpful. Someone backed into my car and hit the front of my car. He was able to make my car look like new again. They were super professional and kept me updated throughout the process.
I highly recommend California Collision. They take care of some amazing vehicles, mine is just an ordinary Toyota Corolla and they treated me and my car with such respect and kindness and promptness. I hope I don’t ever need their service again but if I do, they will get my business again. Thank you again.
