I went the there to ask about a weird charge to my checking account. Neither the bank teller nor the manager could figure out why the event happe Ed but they were very nice and the bank teller called all sorts of people in different departments to try to solve the mystery. She was very polite and professional as she tried to reach other departments. I came in to California Coast Credit Union at the Poway branch and met with Doris Carmle, who is such a pleasant and kind bank teller at the branch. She answered all my questions regarding my account with a smile, and was so helpful and assisting me with my loan issues. It was the day after Christmas and she still had that holiday spirit. Went in recently to close an account that I stopped using after finishing my college education. All the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. Sandita knew exactly how to help me. I showed my identification, filled out a single form, closed the account and received my check for the closed account's balance. The whole process took less than 5 minutes!
