We were very disappointed in the service and customer service. The job was a small pantry closet. The technician arrived and didn't know how to do the work plus he didn't have all the tools to do the job. Instead of taking one day, it took 2 days to complete the work. We tried reaching California Closets to talk with someone but no one returned our calls. Our rep offered to help us but she didn't follow through.
