This company started out great. unfortunately, their flaws started to show when I needed anything other than the Minimum service. Not only do they not contact you when the gate is locked. (They were servicing a rental) They also have issues scheduling anybody out to do any kind of repairs on pool equipment. It’s been literal months and they couldn’t get their guy who had to replace a seal on my pool equipment out. Had my pool water tested because I started seeing algae and the pool was low on all necessary additives. Clearly not serviced well. This company does the very bare minimum so they can get away with minimal cost to the company and when you have an issue they try to blame it on you. Furthermore, poor maintenance leads to equipment failure which makes them more money. I don't recommend them. I now have another pool servicer.
Assigned an inexperienced and untrained technician to do the job. The technician stated he didn’t know how to take care of a salt water pool and was never trained on the equipment but also, didn’t have the tools he needed either. After reporting this, the owner called screaming denying what his technician told my husband and I. Then cancelled our service… good riddance.

They provide an excellent service. The owner is very responsive and quick to address any issues with our pool and pump.
