John from California Chimney came 5min early (on time) did stellar work. talked me through our options for what we could do with our existing chimney. Inspected it thoroughly and cleaned it. He was thorough and quick. Five stars
It was easy to set up an appointment with John and he arrived promptly. He saw that our chimney had very heavy soot deposits and took about an hour and a half to clean it. This involved hauling his tools up several flights of stairs and going up on our roof. He was pleasant and professional. I will definitely call him again next time!
