Some days great service some days terrible service. I got to experience the terrible again. Long waits and usually the western union is down lines can wrap around the inside if you come in on the first of the month some associates are very rude others are nice
Bad customer service. Always make you wait when there's no customers and the girl is just drinking her drink and listening to music.
First time the lady who helped me was quick and efficient. 2nd visit there was a guy who was so slow appeared he didn't know how to do what he needed to quickly...it took me 25 mins of just waiting for him to help 1 customer. Worst part she didn't have all she needed and he let her walk out to the car and look for stuff instead making me wait even longer. The lady with her even stated they were already there for an hour. Ridiculous service!!!
