Been going there for over 5 years. Great place to have in Alameda, but the employee turn around is frequent. Just as one starts to get to know you, they are gone. Some of them really need more customer training.
The customer service is fantastic anf they're willing to help you out. I highly recommend coming to this location with the cool breeze of Alameda
One of the worst locations I have been to, period.
