Who ever answered the calls for this facility really needs to get fired. I was asking simple questions and she was so rude off the bat. You guys really need a better person to be the "voice" of this company.
I agree with Cody's review. that lady is rude and had seriously hard time spelling Martin's email. I was trying to get a simple quote. I guess they dont want to make money. their loss.
Whoever answers incoming calls for this company needs to be fired. She was rude, hung up on me, and gave me a dead phone number when I tried to reach out to someone about an exam being conducted by Customs and Border Protection. I make phone calls all day at my job and I have never spoken with someone so rude before.
