Terrible place, they need new workers. My car was the last to be washed for the day and after I left I discovered that one of my front floor mats was missing. I went back there the next day and the guy who worked on my car was not there. I spoke to a few of the employees, the cashier was courteous and spoke to the supervisor. Well he came and basically said that there was nothing he could do until he spoke to the employee. He also said that there was nothing that he could do if my mat was not found. Like really? Prices went up, after wash, windows look like shit, tire shine ($3extra) don't shine, wheels are still dirty and carper still not vacuumed right. But j guess if your lazy and don't want to wash your car yourself and wait the same amount of time waiting for a crappy job than the time you will spend washing it yourself at half or less of the cost, then is half ass alright ...
I live 80 miles away but with all the recent storms in California my baby needed to be washed. I paid 30.00 for the VIP Service and the only complaint I have is that with al the vehicles there it took 2 hours to get my car washed, but my Challenger looked just as good as she did when she was new. I left smiling because how good a job they did!

Reasonable prices and do a good job. Tuesday and Wednesday low price.
