My auto loan somehow got picked up by CBB. I've never dealt with a worse bank. Technologically, they're stuck in like 1990. Their customer service is abysmal. They don't allow for any way to pay electronically in this day and age (!). So conveniently for them, they get to dock me late fees because they can claim they supposedly receive my payments late via USPS- no matter how early I mail them. Repeatedly. It's so crooked. I didn't ask for your assbackward pos bank to pick up my loan. It's all so sketchy to say the least.

This bank lacks accountability and is not responsive. Notified them about an error I made and tried to remedy with no assistance on their part, which led to other complications with a different business transactions. No form of electronic payment is received, outdated practices.

I have been a shareholder of this company for several years and they have been a perpetual money loser. Last year they lost $794,246; in 2019 they lost $869,454. That said, I do note that they have managed to squeak out a miniscule profit (~$48k) for the first 6 months of this year. Their poor performance is reflected in their stock price which last traded at .06 cents. You can see for yourself - their ticker symbol is CABB.
