Edit: I was going to let this go after posting the review, but Raj's response is full of lies and deflection, and necessitates a response: 1. His salesperson misunderstood the core functionality of my awning, yelled at my wife and me, and claimed we had never asked for an overhang even though we had. We had an excellent experience with California Awning yesterday! The entire team was extremely professional, efficient, and courteous from start to finish. Binder and Raju and the team did a fantastic job with the installation — they worked quickly, wore proper uniforms, and kept everything neat and organized throughout the process. Owner Raj was also very responsive, provided a quick quote, and ensured the work was completed promptly without compromising on quality. Absolutely love our new pergola! It completely transformed our deck and made the space feel elegant, cozy, and relaxing. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are amazing, and everything was finished beautifully. Raj and his team were very helpful, responsive, and great to work with throughout the entire process. You can tell a lot of care went into the work. We’ve already had so many compliments from friends and family. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space! Thank you again Raj!

Unacceptable customer service. I listened on speakerphone while my wife inquired about a purchase, and the owner was remarkably rude and dismissive. We were prepared to spend $1,500 on an awning, but he spoke to us as if he were giving it away for free. If you expect basic respect when spending your hard-earned money, look elsewhere.
