Best mechanics ever, I took my Chevy Silverado 2017 with the 5.3L engine, and the dealer had told me that it would take about 15k for the engine to be replaced, but they did it for 52 hundred, and all it took was a DOD-DELETE. I'm in love how they managed to fix it within 2.5 months due to the availability of the part, but the truck runs way better than it has ever. Professional + fast or same-day if possible service on multiple make vehicles I have owned since 2012. Your replaced parts are shown/explained how they failed. Parts + Labor are clearly itemized. Very fair price for quality service. Worth every penny. Notices of policy are clearly shown on office before you surrender your vehicle. If you cannot be reached on your cell, a text message notice will be sent. This is very convenient as my phone is on silent during work hours.
the receptionist was very rude. asked a simple question about what was wrong with my car and she completely blew me off. not to mention, the next day she called me angry for keeping my car at the shop when they said themselves they would begin to work on it. never again. i would also like to add that i tried to call them multiple times to let them know about my money status. i have the call receipts on my phone to prove it. i never got a call back until they wanted to call me, angry that i didn’t call them when i had been tr... read more
