Honest, informed, competent. I cannot recommend enough!! Very good experience and I didn’t even buy anything. I came to this shop after stoping by a dealership that quoted me over $1,000 to recalibrate a sensor. The man I spoke with talked with me about options that were much more affordable that did not compromise safety. I left with no hard sales pitch and a feeling that the person I spoke with had my own best interest in mind.

Used their service for the first and only time this past June for some body work on my car. I chose this shop mainly because they were close to me and were open by the time I got off work late in the afternoon. I was getting the car body work covered through insurance and it was very difficult getting my insurance rep to connect with these guys to finalize the estimate and start the work on the car. While I didn't receive any work on my car, the customer service is impeccable! My car was t-boned in an accident, and, as this was my first collision accident, I'd never interacted with a body shop before. Cesar was so pleasant to speak with from the initial call to the last. Although I was distraught and frustrated at the entire situation in general he maintained a positive and uplifting attitude.
