I don't know what to believe anymore. I supposedly have a bill with them for 454.34, which is a while. I never received a statement, then a collection company tries to charge me and my insurance never received any attempt to charge and when I try to call to get information they give me numbers that don't work or numbers where they say they don't have information. How will I supposedly know what I owe and how to give my insurance information if they don't have a number to call? It doesn't seem like some kind of scam to me.
Tried to call this business several times regarding a claim Put on hold for 15 plus minutes then sent back into ringing again and no answer Was informed by the operator that I could not leave a message I have to call when they aren't as busy
