James and Devin did a fantastic job fixing our water heater and a broken faucet. They arrived on time the same day I called, quickly diagnosed the problems, explained what needed to be done, and implemented the solutions. I was particularly impressed with their honesty. They could have told me that the water heater needed to be replaced but instead told me that the solution was much simpler. I will call Caliente first for help with any future plumbing problem.
David Goff provided exceptional service. He was on schedule and completed the service quickly. Also he explained what was the issue and how he has fixed it.
