I got this name from a friend who had used Caliente ironworks for their horse facility in Rio Verde. I had seen a lot of his signs and decided to give him a call. I read the the other review and have to wonder if we're talking about the same guy. Mark was great! I spent almost 90k on my set-up and it looks like 300k! He did a lot of extras, was on time and finished ahead of schedule and budget (I originally got another quote at 114k). I can't recommend him enough.
AVOID!! Mark, the owner seemed very nice when we met him. He gained our trust with a lot of smooth talk about what he was going to do for us. All these little "extras" he was going to do "no problem". He built our barn installed the water and the elecric. It was completed in October of 2010. I was unhappy with the electric installation as he used PVC conduit above ground. This was done poorly tieing it off to a nearby pipe with on old piece of electrical wire.
