Apparently, the satisfaction of the customer does not matter here. I spent thousands of dollars on a 2021 Iron after first purchasing a different Sportster which was too top-heavy for me. I knew I'd get penalized for that and I sure was. George & Carlos in Service Department are amazing & always go above and beyond to help customers. Mike is very rude & unprofessional and never bothers to help anyone. He would definitely benefit from some customer service training.
