In mid afternoon In Panaca, NV the driver window in my Ford E350 motorhome fell down and would not go up. The grocery store recommended CARS so I drove to Caliente and Vic came out, looked at the problem and tried to get it closed for the evening but his shop was ready to close. He told me to come back in the morning when they had time to investigate further, which I did and he told me they would have to order the part and it would arrive the next day.
