Calico Corners in Naples Florida installed new window coverings throughout our remodeled condo including the Lanai. When one of the power blind motors failed I called Sarah the store manager and she personally took care of sending out for repairs and reinstalling. I highly recommend Calico Corners for all your window coverings needs!
I have been doing business with Calico Corners since we moved to Naples in 2019, they have ALWAYS been professional, courteous and responsive, especially when issues came up. In reality that's when GOOD companies SHINE, solving issues, no matter what. I definitely recommend them.
I ordered a set of drapes from Calico Naples 6 months ago and they finally arrived …in the wrong fabric. The decorator and manager say I signed the order so they take no responsibility for their mistake. I did sign because I trusted her to put the right code/numbers on the order…. never even thought about checking codes she put on the sheet. They know it is the wrong fabric because they helped in the selection and these drapes match nothing in the room. They take no responsibility for this terrible mistake.
