Hannah is amazing!! The best massage I have ever had! She starts and ends the treatment with a calming sound bath, and a mantra to invite your mind/body to relax. I have been struggling with hip and glute pain, her movements were so intentional and methodical! She noticed when I was tensing up with pain, and then she adjusted her pressure. We discussed possible reasons for my hip/glute pain to make adjustments in my life. Thank you, Hannah, you are just what I needed!
